Security solutions provider Engate Technology Corp. on Wednesday announced its managed e-mail security offering as an enhancement to its Anti-Spam Channel Partner Program.
The improved channel program is designed to give resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) the highest accuracy in the market by offering Engate’s network layer, anti-spam technology as part of a hosted e-mail security solution, said the company. The Engate Anti-Spam Channel Partner Program provides resellers and MSPs with a formal program to build customer loyalty and increase revenue streams by offering customers an on-demand, subscription-based e-mail service. Components of this program include a high-margin pricing model, technical training and support, lead sharing, incentive programs, co-marketing support and access to an online partner portal.
Engate said its managed anti-spam service along with the Engate MailSentinel appliance can stop unwanted e-mail traffic at the connection level with 99 percent accuracy and virtually no false positives; deliver comprehensive protection against botnet attacks, image spam, pdf spam, phish, and more; decrease operational costs by preserving bandwidth, server storage, CPU cycles and IT resources; and increase messaging systems throughput as much as 10-fold with connection layer security.
