TeleBright Adds More Partners

TeleBright Corp. (Booth 519) continues to add new partners to its roster, including consultancy Association Resource Group (ARG). TeleBright said such deals are putting its ManageRight platform in front of more end users.

ManageRight monitors and analyzes companies’ wireline and wireless spend. For example, the program alerts administrators when a user is about to go over allotted cell phone minutes. The system also tracks changes carriers make to a client’s bill and notifies the end user about the impact of that change.

More agencies such as ARG are making ManageRight part of their portfolios.

“Our partner base has certainly grown in 2007,” said Patrick McGugan, vice president of operations. To accommodate that growth, TeleBright has launched a new Web site for partners. “Our goal is to provide all the necessary information to jumpstart our partners for their very next presentation,” McGugan said. “We also provide an ongoing educational lunch series each month for all the latest updates.”

Certainly, now is the time to offer expense management services. Research firm Aberdeen Group recently found that 73 percent of enterprises surveyed have, or want to implement, programs such as ManageRight.

“We are pleased with our partners’ ability to accomplish client goals and offer additional solutions they weren’t even aware were possible,” said Mellenie Runion, head of marketing for TeleBright. “Partners are interested in advanced savings for wireless and that is exactly what we offer.”
