Endeavor Telecom has promoted Andrew Schroer to vice president of strategic accounts.
Schroer, who has been with the company since 2000, will be responsible for leading the account management team, with a focus on initiating, developing and expanding customer relationships, as well as managing related sales operations, Endeavor said. Additionally, he will take an active role in the company’s sales and marketing activities and will play a role in aligning Endeavor’s operations with the needs of its customers.
He came to Endeavor via SSI where he started as a project manager and later became an account executive. SSI spun-off Endeavor Telecom in 2002, where Schroer became a director managing sales and major accounts. Prior to SSI, he worked for Shin-Etsu Polymer Corp.
