The telx Group Inc. has been sold to GI Partners, a transatlantic private equity firm.
Detailed terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Cutaia, the founder, chairman and former CEO of telx, said. “This transaction is a tremendous result for our shareholders and is the logical next step in our continued growth.”
As part of the transaction, Cutaia has signed a consulting agreement with the company.
