TNCI Inc. on Thursday announced it will begin offering Whaleback Systems’ managed CrystalBlue Voice Service. TNCI’s new offering allows its agent partners to offer SMBs a premises-based IP PBX with VoIP functionality that can be leveraged via a broadband cable or DSL connection.
