COMPTEL announced today that FCC Chairman Kevin J. Martin is scheduled to speak at the COMPTEL PLUS Spring 2006 Convention & Expo, which runs March 19-22 in San Diego.
Chairman Martin is slated to speak Monday afternoon, following Senator Ted Stevens, R-Alaska, who will deliver the keynote address.
