8x8 Calls on TMONE for Telemarketing

Total Marketing One (TMONE) is providing telemarketing services for 8x8 Inc., developer of the Packet8 broadband VoIP and videophone services.

TMONE is a customer acquisition firm that will conduct inbound and outbound over-the-phone sales for Packet8’s residential and business Internet phone offerings.

“TMONE has earned a well-deserved reputation as a telecom subscriber acquisition specialist and we are pleased to partner with them in this telesales initiative,” says Huw Rees, 8x8’s vice president of marketing and sales, in a news release.

TMONE caters to CLECs, ISPs and VoIP providers needing telemarketing sales. The company will pitch Packet8’s residential, VideoPhone and Virtual Office services, as well as 8x8’s endpoint systems such as the Uniden Whole House VoIP Phone System.
