Business Wireline Customer-Satisfaction Rankings
If a business considers changing wireline providers, it's probably related to reliability of service. That's what J.D. Power and Associates found in its 2014 U.S. Business Wireline Satisfaction Study.
Customers aren't afraid to switch. Nearly on in six (16 percent) say they are likely to change providers in the next 12 months. The number is even higher among small and medium businesses (20 percent).
Other reasons businesses might switch providers include better pricing and new features/service plans offered. The top reason they chose their current provider is price, followed by network reliability/quality/broadband speeds.
J.D. Power evaluated Verizon, AT&T, CenturyLink, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox and Charter in three segments – large enterprise, SMB and very small business – to see how the companies stack up in wireline satisfaction.
