Image Gallery: 2014 Concierge CoreTech Broker Kickoff
CoreTech Brokers gathered Jan. 15-17, 2014, to celebrate and learn from the year’s successes and to strategize for the year ahead.
The three-day event focused on information sharing and friendly competition among Concierge staff, CoreTech Brokers and providers in five key areas: sales, tools, prospecting, education and community development.
Among the highlights: Two sessions offered brokers insights into how to maximize Concierge’s proprietary sales and discovery tools and processes to help them build on sales success in 2014; brokers were introduced to new co-branded materials that reinforced the success of brokers in both top new client sales as well as top retention sales; and the new Target Account Research system was unveiled, allowing for joint research efforts between the Concierge marketing department and brokers. The system stores a historical record of efforts to work with a target client along with important information. This facilitates a long-term, collaborative, and focused effort regardless of the broker's CRM preference, the company said.
Concierge handed out honors to a pair of brokers for their performance in 2013: Greg LaCoste (Top Performer New Sales) and Morgan Spencer (Top Broker for Retention).
