After what was considered by many to be a rough second quarter – both financially and in terms of subscriber numbers – many communications companies bounced back in the third quarter.

The U.S. economy is slowly getting stronger. That, and a handful of other factors are contributing to a slow, but steady move forward for many companies. Now that all of the results are in, here's a breakdown of how many of the biggest players in the industry fared in Q3.
