What are your company's next steps in its transformation away from a transactional business model?

We feel that we have already moved past the transactional sales model. But we will be constantly transforming our company to deliver meaningful value to our clients. First and foremost, that means a real dedication by our entire staff to enhance our skills in asking the right questions, listening carefully, providing the appropriate knowledge share and building our support organization to ensure exceptional service.

In the short-term, our concentration will be to assist our clients with their connectivity. We live in a 24/7 world with organizations connecting from all different locations. So, we will help our clients make sure they have sufficient connectivity that is well protected and with necessary redundancy. For some, that simply means getting maximum, quality bandwidth at competitive rates with reliable support. For many of our clients, it will mean developing a thoughtful plan to move their gear to a data center with proper connections to office locations to maintain or improve the user experience. We subscribe to the thought that data centers are becoming the new CO of the telecom world — the central hub. And, for some of our clients, they want to move toward the fully outsourced, utility compute model. Our goal is to be a key contributor to each of our client organizations to help them leverage the voice and data connectivity to help grow their business.

To be able to deliver what our clients require, ARG will be intentional about skills training, sharing knowledge, hiring people who stretch our capability and creating a conducive environment for high achievement, but always honoring our core values and striving to be the most respected agency in the country.
