Wired Networks Is Aggie 100 Honoree
Wired Networks was honored by Texas A&M as the 50th fastest growing Aggie-owned or managed company in the world on the ninth annual Aggie 100 list. Jeremy Kerth, a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M, is president of the company, located in Kerrville, Texas.
Wired Networks had a compound annual growth rate of 51.13 percent from 2010 through 2012. The company, founded in 2008, provides best-of-breed technology solutions for midsize health care, oil and gas, manufacturing/distribution, retail and finance companies.
“At Wired Networks, we believe in providing our clients with best-in-class technology solutions that will meet and exceed their expectations," said Kerth. "We stand behind our technology solutions by providing ongoing management and support to ensure our clients can continue to grow and maximize a return on their IT assets and services. It is because of our client’s success that we continue to exist, and we share this honor with our clients and thank them for continuing to support and trust in Wired Networks."
The Aggie 100, a program created by the Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship in Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, honors graduates from across disciplines for their entrepreneurial endeavors and success as business leaders.
The 100 Aggie-owned or Aggie-led businesses with the highest annual revenue growth were recognized at a formal luncheon in the Zone Club on the Texas A&M University campus, Friday, Oct. 25, 2013. More than 700 honorees, family members, faculty members, administrators and well-wishers were in attendance to celebrate their success. Dr. R. Bowen Loftin, president of Texas A&M University, introduced the event’s keynote presenter, R.C. Slocum, one of the longest-serving and most successful football coaches in Texas A&M history, and recipient of Marathon Oil Corp.'s 2014 Paul "Bear" Bryant Lifetime Achievement Award. Slocum addressed the honorees on dedication, leadership and commitment.
