Master agency Telegration Inc. recently returned from a four-day, three-night Caribbean cruise with 25 of its top partners – who sold the most AT&T Mobility services and met other goals in 2011 – and their guests.
The company hosted more than two dozen partners and staffers on the Celebrity X luxury ship, Feb. 16-20. The excursion left from Miami, and included a party day in Key West and a day of excursions in Cozumel, Mexico.
This marked Telegration's first awards trip for partners since transitioning over the past five years from a direct sales company into a master agency. Many of this year's agent winners used to be Telegration employees; they have since transformed themselves into successful, independent sales agents, Telegration said.
In 2013, Telegration plans to host another four-day, three-night trip, this time to the Hard Rock Café resort in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
The company also held its annual Agent Alliance Council meeting several months ago to solicit feedback for improving support. A number of providers – including AT&T, Masergy, Time Warner Cable Business Class, US Signal and more – also were on hand to offer in-depth training.
