This year's list features 11 first-time appearances, reflecting the industry's shift from traditional to IP, cloud, unified communications and other bandwidth-intensive services. The compilation further contains more IT-centric companies than in years past, highlighting the convergence of the telecom and IT channels.
Qualified participants cast their votes for their preferred carriers, service providers, resellers, hardware and software vendors, and master agents, ranking them as standouts for factors including ease of doing business, quick quoting, responsiveness, extra support, higher commissions and better SPIFFs.
Channel Partners is proud to recognize the winners, from a ballot that fielded nearly 2,000 votes from July 2-27. The winners will be recognized at the Fall 2012 Channel Partners Conference & Expo, Sept. 12-14, in Orlando.
