To what extent do you, personally, show leadership within the companies you have worked for, the business community at large, the communications industry and the channel? “As a founder of two companies that employ over 70 voice and data professionals that have relationships with every major and many niche telecom companies, I have a unique perspective on our industry. I have experience and relationships on both a wholesale and retail basis with industry executives.”
How are you innovative in bringing new ideas to the channel? “I was instrumental in creating the McGraw Profit Sharing Program which gives partners transparent visibility into what their customers are paying and control of the price we charge those customers. McGraw pays on all profitable elements that the customer is charged, including FCC, PICC and paper bill fees. We provide the ability for partners to sell their base at carrier multiples once they hit certain thresholds and we provide a ‘buy out’ for our partners’ bases in the event we were to sell.”
