Intelliverse announces Linksys Interoperability
Intelliverse, a provider of IP communications, announced full interoperability between Intelliverse’s hosted VoIP Solutions and the SPA family of Linksys IP phones. Info Directions Updates OnlineBill
Info Directions has released its latest OnlineBill electronic bill payment and presentment application. OnlineBill is integrated with operations and billing solutions, CostGuard.NET and CostGuard XG. It includes a GUI redesign trouble-ticket support, security tools and account management abilities. The update also gives end users the same account view as the service provider’s customer care representatives see in the CostGuard.NET/CostGuard XG operations and grants them account management capabilities such as adding billing contacts and credit card, debit or e-check payment methods. www.infodirections.com
Intelisys Launches Audex
Intelisys Communications Inc. announced the introduction of Audex, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for telecom asset management. Its customer-facing design includes a new eventsticketing system, a new customer-branding feature and custom reporting. US Signal Upgrades Backbone, Adds Long-Haul Ethernet
Fiber-optic service provider US Signal announced that its long-haul fiber backbone routes have been upgraded to 10gbps capacity. In addition the company now supports long-haul Ethernet across its footprint. US Signal’s network includes more than 3,500 miles of fiber across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin and is one of the largest in the Midwest. Amtel Gives VARs Control Over TEM Clients
Amtel Inc. announced it will offer its agents and VARs the ability to manage their own clients that have subscribed to Amtel’s TIMS hosted telecom expense management (TEM) platform for wireline and wireless services. TIMS, Telecom Information Management System, previously was sold by VARs for a percentage of the monthly revenue. With the introduction of Version 4.0, VARs can perform some of the professional services, such as downloading invoices, increasing their revenue. Agents access TIMS through a Web portal.
