Metropolitan Telecommunications (MetTel) has signed a commercial agreement with Verizon that will replace the company's UNE-P arrangement. The deal includes restructured pricing and services not offered under the existing plan, MetTel says. Verizon's Wholesale Advantage offer provides a framework for reaching agreements on negotiated, commercially reasonable terms, and ensures the continued availability of wholesale services, according to MetTel. MetTel is one of Verizon's largest buyers of wholesale services under the current UNE-P system. The company serves customers in 10 states where Verizon has a presence. Nationally, MetTel serves more than 150,000 lines in 14 states.

deltathree Inc. has added new services and features to its VoIP reseller program. The changes include more inbound international local phone numbers, call forwarding, voice mail, Web call and Web and SMS callback. The new features will help resellers attract new and existing customers with additional service offerings and features, the company says.

Making good on its promise to complete its business-class VoIP rollout by the end of the year, Covad Communications Group Inc. has made the services available in 125 major metropolitan markets, or more than 900 cities. Covad VoIP offers two services: Covad vPBX and Covad PBXi. Covad PBXi works with existing PBX equipment, while the Covad vPBX is designed as a full PBX alternative. Covad, along with its dealer network, installs the service, trains users and provides customer support.

The company's channel program allows resellers to offer MyEzClicks service to clients, regardless of who hosts the site. Interland manages paid search engine efforts through one program that includes placements on more than 30 sites such as Google, Overture, MSN and AOL.
