MetTel Names New Client Engagement VP

MetTel has appointed Lori Thomas as vice president of client engagement. Thomas will oversee the team of professionals who manage current client relationships and assist clients to fully optimize the cost savings and operational benefits of MetTel’s telecommunications and technology solutions.
“Lori’s extensive talent and experience will help improve the already solid partnership MetTel enjoys with clients," CEO Marshall Aronow said. “Focusing on customer innovation and growth, she will ensure that nothing but the highest caliber service is delivered to existing and prospective clients."
Thomas brings a wide range of consulting expertise with more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries working for Fortune 50 organizations. She most recently served as a board member and the global head of sales and professional services for Vodafone Global Enterprise’s Telecoms Management Practice. Before that she held executive-level positions at UBS, Citi, WFI and Verizon Wireless providing strategic advisory services to C-level staff on organizational and process re-engineering.
