Telarus Names Telesphere, Integra/ELI Veteran as New SVP of Sales

Master agent Telarus on Monday introduced Scott Forbush as its new senior vice president of sales. He will be responsible for working with Telarus regional vice presidents and senior partner managers in the field to build awareness of the company’s tools, pre- and post-sales resources, and strategic lead-generation programs to support the sale of cloud-based services.

Forbush has more than 12 years of channel sales and leadership experience at Telesphere, Integra/Electric Lightwave and Zayo. He has held several key roles within direct and indirect channels, including general manager, director of sales engineering and, most recently, vice president of indirect sales. In this capacity, he led his sales teams to consistently attain their revenue targets. Under his leadership, Integra was voted the Top Supplier by the Telarus agent partner community in 2015.

“During my career, I’ve had a front-row seat to the rise of the telecom and cloud channel community,” Forbush said. “I’ve worked with every master agent in this industry, and I’ve witnessed first-hand the power shifting in their favor as they build up their collective books of business selling voice, data and cloud services.
