Broadvoice Adds Channel Manager for Market Expansion

Broadvoice has a new channel manager in the Midwest.

Broadvoice's Ryan FickenIt’s Ryan Ficken, who joins the UC and cloud PBX services provider to help its sales partners with technology selection, customer service and solution design.

Ficken appears new to the indirect sales channel but holds more than 18 years of experience in sales and operations leadership at various companies.

Broadvoice President Sam Ghahremanpour said the company is gaining traction in UC, cloud PBX and SIP trunking.

“Our channel-partner ecosystem is the lifeblood of that effort. Our success is built on our partners’ success,” he said. “We are deeply committed to giving them the dedicated, personalized support they need to grow their business. I could not be happier to welcome Ryan to our channel team, to help do just that.”{ad}

Ficken most recently directed sales for a tourism bureau in Kansas, and has worked at Valu Net LLC, Hasty Awards and Ottawa University.

Broadvoice’s human-resources department has been busy. Just last month, the company announced that it hired Tessley Smith, a former Birch employee, as the new director of sales.
