ForeScout's Todd DeBellIn January, Tom Evans was named vice president of channels for the Americas. He left ForeScout in April to take a sales and channel leadership position at K2 Software.

The position has been renamed vice president of worldwide channel sales, which DeBell will fill. There will no longer be a separate person in charge of the North America channel program.

DeBell will be charged with consolidating ForeScout’s channel presence in North America and Europe, and expanding into new and emerging markets such as APAC. He will be responsible for the channel sales and distribution strategy with a focus on accelerating ForeScout’s channel program to address the growing demand for the company’s products.

“Todd brings more than two decades of channel, sales and cybersecurity experience — his past success really speaks for itself,” said Michael DeCesare, ForeScout’s president and CEO. “Todd’s unique skill set is perfectly suited to guide ForeScout’s channel distribution and sales strategy into new and emerging markets across the globe.”{ad}

At FireMon, DeBell built the company’s global partner and distribution program, with revenue grew more than 400 percent as he managed 26 global distribution partners and a global network of more than 240 channel partners.

“It’s an exciting time to join ForeScout and help the company execute on its vision of selling 100 percent through the channel,” DeBell said. “With the number of Internet of Things (IoT) devices projected to top 20 billion in the next four years, there is a major need for our technology in new and emerging markets. I plan to expand our global footprint and continue to strengthen our channel in North America and Europe.”

With more than 2,000 customers in more than 60 countries, ForeScout offers the ability to see devices when they connect to the network, control them, and orchestrate information sharing and operation among disparate security tools.
