Tech Data Awards: Hayats Takes Platinum

TECH DATA CHANNEL LINK Hayats LLC took home Tech Data’s Platinum Sales Award thanks to its continued growth in Microsoft products.

The Platinum Sales Award goes to the company that grows the most with the sale of Microsoft, Cisco, HP Enterprise and Dell services.

“Hayats continues to outdo themselves each month by growing over 1,200 percent in Microsoft and is competing to be our largest Microsoft Surface partner in SMB,” Tech Data said.

The distribution giant recognized four of its partners for accomplishments in growth and sales.

New York-based IBM reseller STONS won the award for top revenue growth. The New Customer of the Year award went to Texas-based IronEdge Group, which specializes in Cisco. Inline Networks, another Texas-based company, won the award for e-commerce growth. {ad}

Marty Bauerlein, Tech Data’s senior vice president of U.S. sales, doled out the awards at a Thursday ceremony.

Channel Link was June 14-16, in Atlanta. Keynote speeches from Tech Data’s John (JT) Tonnison and Lenovo’s Chris Frey highlighted the event.
