C3 Promotes Allen to CTO

Cloud Computing Concepts (C3) has introduced Kelley Allen as its new chief technology officer. This is a promotion for Allen, who most recently was C3’s vice president of engineering.

C3's Kelley AllenAllen’s prior work history includes executive roles with several financial technology providers. He has worked directly with influential investment and financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch.

“We are thrilled to have Kelley take the reins of our technical operations,” said C3 CEO Rick Mancinelli. “Kelley brings a unique combination of technical acumen, strategic vision, and modern leadership to the position. With him on board, our team is stronger and our customers have access to yet another invaluable resource.”

Allen will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all platform, implementation and support related areas of the company. He also will lend his expertise to areas that include regulatory compliance, sales engineering and product/service development.

C3 provides cloud technology and communications services to businesses of all sizes nationwide.
