Bicom Systems Releases PBXware Version 4.0

PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS — Bicom Systems (Booth 771 and a Show Bag Sponsor) released PBXware version 4.0 at the Channel Partners Conference in Las Vegas this morning. With more power, more stability, and more security, version 4.0 empowers companies to increase sales and reduce customer churn.

Expertly designed for TELCOs, version 4.0 is available for purchase or upgrade today. In developing 4.0, Bicom Systems took into account all customer requests and complaints from previous versions of PBXware. This version is the biggest change yet.

New features include: the ability to register multiple clients to a single extension simultaneously, hot desking, improved TLS security, and more. These will save time and increase productivity.{ad}

PBXware 4.0 is available in three editions: business, multi-tenant, and call center. The Call Center edition offers unique capabilities for optimum performance and service with high volumes of calls. NEW features include agent pause reason codes, CRM integration, and much more.

To save even more time for users, PBXware 4.0 also includes gloCOM management within its own interface. gloCOM is Bicom Systems’ “global communicator” business softphone. Stay tuned for an exciting announcement about gloCOM tomorrow.
