BitTitans New Cloud Enablement Platform Aims to Increase MSP Revenue

Cloud-services enablement provider BitTitan on Tuesday launched its end-to-end enablement platform developed for Microsoft -focused MSPs. The goal is to help them create more cloud services.

BitTitan's Geeman YipMSPComplete is designed to boost an MSP’s business in three core areas: selling more Office 365, Azure and complementary services; onboarding more cloud products and workloads faster; and servicing customers through their cloud experience.

Geeman Yip, BitTitan’s CEO and founder, tells Channel Partners that his company currently has more than 5,000 partners, including MSPs and system integrators.

“We’ve had a 34 percent increase in partners from February to October,” he said. “We have continued partner growth and a huge uptake on partners purchasing additional workloads beyond exchange migration.”

MSPComplete is designed for existing MSPs and other Microsoft partners who want to become MSPs, including system integrators and resellers. The platform integrates with distributors and providers.

“The biggest benefit for MSPs is increasing their revenue,” Yip said. “This is an opportunity for them to expand their services to the cloud and to add custom, on-cloud services. The cloud should never be a single, one-and-done project. This program represents new opportunity along with cross-sell and upsell opportunities for new and existing cloud services. It’s an opportunity for MSPs to build their relationships and become cloud experts.”

According to Gartner, the public cloud market will nearly double in size over four years to reach $160 billion by 2018. By leveraging MSPComplete’s three “pillars” of cloud enablement – sell, onboard and service – these new specialized service providers can now capitalize on this massive growth in cloud spending, BitTitan said.

“Our partners and the channel will make MSPComplete a success by taking advantage of the solutions, educational opportunities and services we offer in each of these areas to continuously adapt and grow their cloud offerings with the needs of their customers and thus, become true cloud experts,” Yip said. “Partners will become a new type of IT service provider, one that moves away from one-time, opportunistic cloud projects to one that provides ongoing, value-added services for customers’ entire cloud life cycle.”

Partners have used BitTitan’s products to help more than 75,000 global customers transition millions of employees to the cloud.
