Master agent/distributor Telarus has a new vice president of marketing.

Telarus' Amy BaileyIt’s Amy Bailey, who comes on board as part of the company’s acquisition of VXSuite, first announced at Cloud Partners, a Channel Partners event, last month.

“Finding a person of the caliber of Amy is a big win for the Telarus team,” says Telarus co-founder, Patrick Oborn. “We look forward to using her experience with VARs and MSPs to help move our partners from agents to cloud brokers. Her experience planning and implementing VXMadness, the VXSuite partner conference on recurring revenue, will add to our Telarus Partner Summit.”

Bailey has been with the VXSuite product in many roles since 2004. For six years, she served as a sales representative for a VXSuite partner. In 2010, she began working directly for LVM, previous owner of VXSuite, as channel manager, and then moved to director of content and vice president of marketing.

“Joining the Telarus team is an incredible opportunity for me and I am so excited to join such an amazing team,” said Bailey. “I will work to incorporate the VXSuite brand into the Telarus portfolio to help strengthen our partner offering.”

Using the VXSuite software, Telarus says its partners will be able to use network analytics to ensure the quality of voice traffic on the data networks they sell on behalf of more than 60 providers of commercial Internet, voice, and data center services.
