TBI Teams With JMARK

Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) channel partners now may sell a range of outsourced IT services – including desktop, server, security and network management – thanks to a new deal with JMARK.

JMARK, which started in 1988 as a computer company, serves as a managed services provider and IT department for SMBs and enterprises that don’t have or want an in-house staff. The company operates out of Missouri and Arkansas, and employs experts who specialize in areas including server, firewall, workstation, applications, cloud, sales and accounting. About 98 percent of the time, JMARK is able to resolve issues remotely, the company said. However, there also is on-site service and support.

All of this makes JMARK a fit for TBI’s growing IT services portfolio, especially for partners whose clients are asking for basic desktop support, advanced networking, security analysis and management, data storage, virtualization, cloud technology, telecommunications and more.

“JMARK offers a compelling value proposition to businesses of almost any size,” said Geoff Shepstone, president of TBI. “Their solutions are not ‘one size fits all.’ Instead, they work strategically with their customers to develop solutions specific to their requirements.”

JMARK uses technology from suppliers including Cisco, HP, Microsoft and VMware.
