AT&T Mobilizes Its VPN for SMBs

AT&T is offering a new virtual private network (VPN) bundle that lets customers connect up to 100 mobile devices with mobile remote access and global Wi-Fi, as well as VoIP calling options and security services.

Mobile Remote Access Services help business customers extend their VPN connection to their mobile devices. Benefits, AT&T says, include a consistent VPN access experience in or away from the home office; flexible access from smartphones, tablets and laptops ; reliable high bandwidth connections to turn wait time into productive time; highly secure remote access to help keep communications and data private; and global remote access via the AT&T Global Network Client.

“The need to mobilize business has never been more important,” said S. Dale McHenry, VP, enterprise networks at AT&T. “We are pairing our expertise in mobility and virtual private networking to deliver a truly game-changing combination of features and services to our customers.”

Availability of the expanded VPN bundle expires Oct. 31. More information is available here.
