Mitel Debuts Cloud Contact Center for SMBs

Mitel today released its AnyWare Cloud Contact Center platform for SMBs.

AnyWare lets agents work from home, office or remotely, while giving them all of the management and reporting tools they need. Mitel manages the product in its data centers so end users’ IT teams don’t have to oversee design, deployment or daily monitoring.

Mitel said the new platform integrates with applications including Salesforce.com, SugarCRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The company sells through channel partners.
