Bandwave Adds Network Engineer

Bandwave Systems announced Monday it hired Tom Polite as a network engineer for the company, which aggregates broadband networks.

Polite will help manage the companys day-to-day support operations ensuring clients receive the fastest broadband-based voice and data communications technologies, strategies and service.

Polite brings nearly 10 years of experience in technical support to his new role. Before joining Bandwave, Polite worked as a  network support technician for both Liberty Technology Solutions and Comcast, where he was responsible for supporting clients’ wide area networks and Internet applications.

My goal is to make sure the Bandwave team respondsand solvesall customer service requests," Polite said in a press statement. "Network connectivity is critical in todays 24/7 business environment. Our mission is to constantly monitor and manage a companys data network to keep it up and running because  a business cant afford to have their data or voice network down.”
