OAISYS Upgrades Call Recording, Contact Center Platforms

OAISYS has released new versions of Talkument and Tracer, its call recording and contact center platforms for SMBs and enterprises, and the improvements should translate into easier sales for channel partners, the company said.

Thats because key enhancements simplify administration and contain public-safety capabilities, OAISYS said. For example, Talkument and Tracer now integrate with Microsoft Active Directory, come with screen-recording features, work with Mitels MiTAI application programming interface, and have automatic location identification, among other changes.

The company did not provide partners commissions ranges but did say it offers a range of pre- and post-sales support, including sales managers who provide hands-on training; Web-based manuals and videos; installation support and troubleshooting; and more. OAISYS also has a Professional Services Program for a fee. In all, end-user pricing is based on the number of ports, licenses and the various functionalities customers can add.

The OAISYS call recording and contact center platforms are compatible with several IP communications systems, including those from Avaya, Mitel, ShoreTel and Toshiba.
