AT&T, Electrical Workers Come to Terms

AT&T and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers say they have come to an agreement. It’s good for three years, and affects 10,000 workers in about a dozen states.

The majority of employees will get wage increase of 3 percent in the first two years and 2.75 percent in the third year. Pension bands go up 2 percent in each of the three years. A cost-of-living adjustment will be added as well.

The agreement also provides for what the IBEW calls continued good health insurance coverage with some cost sharing.
