A Healthy Helping of SMBs Lack Online Presence

A study by 1&1 Internet found that SMBs aren’t as connected as one might think. In fact, 40 percent of SMBs lack an online presence, and more than half of such companies have no idea how much it would cost to have an online business.

The study also found that more than 80 percent of companies with an online business found it vital to their operations.
