Optimum Lightpath Surpasses 3,000 Lit Buildings

Optimum Lightpath, a provider of Ethernet-based communications services over its Intelligent Enterprise Network, announced that it has connected more than 3,000 buildings to its fiber-to-the-premises network.

With this milestone, Optimum Lightpath said it has more fiber-lit buildings on its fully owned and managed network than any other individual CLEC locally and in the top 40 metropolitan area markets. Optimum Lightpath’s network now extends more than 3,200 route miles across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. More than 33,000 businesses in those 3,000 buildings can easily access Optimum Lightpath services and become a customer in as little as 30 days.
