VoiceLog Offers Services Geared to Holiday Season

It may be neither July nor Christmas, but VoiceLog LLCs (Booth 416) Christmas in July promotion is available until Jan. 1. The offering provides short-term contracts for call center recording, monitoring and quality control services in the critical, but staff-challenging, winter holiday season.

Christmas in July is the perfect way to demonstrate the flexibility and power of the hosted/ASP model for call monitoring and recording, says Larry Leikin, vice president of VoiceLog. Although VirtualLogger is great for long-term applications, its especially powerful for short-term projects like the holidays. The holiday season is when marketers are going to come in contact with the largest number of customers, which means that quality control is more important than ever.
